HOW DO I MAKE MY CHAPTER 13 PLAN PAYMENT?

  • Your case number and full name  MUST be included with your payment
  • The Chapter 13 Trustee does not accept cash or personal checks
  • Acceptable forms of payment are:

Cashier’s Check

Certified Check

Money Order

Wage Attachment

ACH (for social security payments)
