You are now able to access 13Documents to upload PDFs to send secure files to the Chapter 13 Trustee.   Your access to 13Documents integrates the Trustee’s case management system by attaching documents directly to cases.

Once your account setup is completed, you will have the opportunity to register with the Trustee. The Trustee’s office will review your registration request and you will receive an e-mail once your registration has been approved.   You are only able to access cases in which you have entered an appearance, or are a party of interest.  

As a reminder, all document uploads must be in PDF format.  The Trustee’s files are not part of the public record.  No document intended to be a part of the public record should be uploaded to this site in place of properly filing it with the Court.  All documents should be redacted in compliance with the Court’s existing rules regarding redaction of private information. Do not include full financial account numbers, social security numbers, full names of minor children or full birth dates.
